Lim Windham and Mom Adrienne, Mobile, AL

UPDATE: Three months after attending the two-day speed technique training, Lim's mom, Adrienne writes:

"Lim asked me to e-mail Phil to let him know that he has gotten his 40-speed time down to a 4.56 already. His coaches are excited. We sincerely thank you for helping us this summer by working him in.
I truly believe that Phil helped him to achieve a goal that he thought he could not reach. To move from running a 5.0 to a 4.56 in such a short time as done wonders for his confidence level. He says that he is going to reach a 4.4 and I believe that he will. Again, thanks for all of your help."

Thought you might like an update on Addison Quinones.
After training with you he continued to use you techniques to work on his speed and the benefits were tremendous. His fastest 40 time was a 4.5 not blinding but quite the increase from where it was. He just finished his freshman year after being recruited by Johns Hopkins University and saw significant time as a defensive back finish 6th on the team in tackles on their way to capturing their 7th conference title and a final #10 ranking in NCAA D3. He is projected as a starter this coming season. As for high school he was name named Defensive Player of the Year in lacrosse, Defensive Player of the Year on football, Overall Player of the Year, Mini-Max Award recipient, 1st Running Back and 2-time first team Defensive Back.

Jordan Howanitz, Safety/Receiver,
Clayton France, Receiver/LB, Caleb Smith, Center

I wanted to thank you for everything. I was named all region, and was also named prep-xtra Offense Player of the Year for Knoxville Tennessee. My team led state and I had 1,500 yards rushing and 300 receiving and I believe my speed was a major part of it. Thanks again, - Jordan Howanitz

After attending two days of speed technique and fast-fiber strength training with Phil Campbell during the summer before his senior year, Jordan Howanitz was moved from backup receiver to running back for Catholic High School in Knoxville, TN. Jordan had eight 100-yard rushing games, scored 19 touchdowns, and was named Offensive Player of Year.

A sports reporter describing Jordan performance wrote: His smooth transition from backup to starter kept inexperienced Catholic squad steady when its season could have teetered into inconsistency. Catholic High School in Knoxville went 15 - 0 in the competitive 3A division and won the state championship.

UPDATE: Please pass this along to Coach Phil, Just wanted to let you know what a great job Phil did with Ryan and the immediate improvement in his 40 time. I couldn't believe I saw 3 tenths disappear in the first 4 hours...Through strength weight training this spring Ryan's 40 was dropping - to be in the 4.7's that quickly was exciting with plenty of room to improve yet. His help with the pro shuttle also helped as he ran his best at a Sr.camp this weekend of 4.43 - down from a 4.49 his previous best this spring!
Awesome training! Thanks again, - Paul Sparlin

I am now 6'3, 275 lbs; bench 325, p/c-300, squat 450 lbs. I graded out in every game above 80% for an average of 85%. The radio announcer named our O-Line-the Mayflower Moving company and named me the Dock Foreman. They say we could move anything. Our offense rushed for almost 4000 yards. I did not give up a sack all year-(thanks to quicker feet!).
I was one of 2 seniors on the O-line, with 3 sophomores and 1 junior. I feel like a lot of what you taught me carried over to my leadership skills as well as my performance.
Thanks again man.

Oklahoma HS quarterback, Sam Tullius, and mom, Mary Anne make a mother son trip for two days of speed/strength training

"I am pleased to pass along some good news about Mitchell. He just returned from the Auburn Jr./Sr. Football camp. He had the second fastest 40 time (4.5) at the camp, (out of about 350 participants), for the juniors he had the fastest pro-agility time (4.36) and his vertical jump was 35. All of his times and his jump were much better than last year's camp which were 4.7, 5.1 and 28 vertical jump!! Thank you again for working with Mitchell on such short notice. The techniques you taught him are priceless."
